Compressed Backstory:
Born to a single mother in northern Italy, Lucia has always been a person who has felt out of place. Oddly-proportioned, tall and quiet, he was often on the receiving end of jeers from his peers.
At the age of fourteen he was kicked out of his home after his emotionally distant and highly religious mother began to suspect that he might be gay. With no money and nowhere to go, he begged a local fishing boat captain to take him on. With great reluctance, the captain agreed.
For the first time in his life, Lucia thrived. He was a slow learner, but he was consistent and reliable and proved himself a person to be relied on. For a long time, life was simple, but he wasn't unhappy.
At nineteen, he met Beach Boy. It came into his life quietly, changed the color of his hair, and made itself known as a permanent fixture. At twenty, he met Risotto Nero by pure chance. The rest, as they say, is history.

Misc. Headcanons:
-Touch-starved. He reacts nervously to people touching him too much, and gets nervous when strangers stand too close to him.
-He has a thing for Prosciutto. He won't hit on him or pursue it, but it'd probably be pretty obvious if one stopped to think about it. He also has a bit of a crush on Risotto, but it's much more subdued.
-That being said, his type is cool, slightly older men.
-Sometimes he misses his time as a fisherman, and will go on solo fishing trips whenever he can.
-A pretty darn good cook. One of the better, if not the best, cooks in LSE.
-Dreams of settling down, getting married and starting a family. He isn't banking on it happening, but it's nice to dream, isn't it?
-He was blonde before Beach Boy awakened
-Beach Boy is absolutely terrible for regular fishing.
